BREVIT is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of doing the job properly, not as a formality.

2. Accessibility standard we work to

We aim to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on the international WCAG 2.1, Level AA guidelines), as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

We describe this as a target we actively work toward. We do not claim full, audited conformance — see section 4 for what is still open.

3. What has been done

The following accessibility measures are implemented on this site:

• Keyboard navigation — the whole site can be operated without a mouse, and a clearly visible focus indicator shows where you are;
• Skip to content — a skip link appears on the first Tab press, letting keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the navigation;
• Heading structure — the page has a single main heading and a properly nested heading outline, so screen-reader users can navigate by section;
• Text alternatives — all meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images and interface icons are hidden from assistive technology so they are not announced as noise;
• Labelled controls — every form field has an associated label, icon-only buttons carry accessible names, and expandable sections report their state;
• Form errors — validation messages are linked to the field they belong to, the field is marked invalid for assistive technology, focus moves to the first problem, and the confirmation message is announced on submit;
• Colour contrast — body and interface text meets the AA ratio against its background, and form-control boundaries meet the AA ratio for non-text elements;
• Motion control — the looping showreel has a visible pause button, and all animation and parallax is switched off automatically for visitors whose system requests reduced motion;
• Language and direction — the site is available in English and Hebrew, with the page language and right-to-left direction set correctly for each;
• Responsive layout — content reflows down to a 320 pixel viewport and under zoom without horizontal scrolling or loss of information.

4. Known limitations

We are being straightforward about what is not finished:

• The site has not yet been audited by an external accessibility specialist, nor tested end-to-end with screen readers by users with disabilities. We have tested it against automated tooling and by inspecting how it is exposed to assistive technology.
• Project videos in the portfolio galleries are silent and decorative — they contain no audio track and carry no spoken or written information, so no captions or audio descriptions are provided. Every clip can be paused.
