This policy explains what personal data BREVIT collects through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the rights you have over it.

BREVIT is an architectural 3D-visualization studio operated by Individual Entrepreneur Hlib Paniushkin, registered in Georgia (Registration / Identification No. 302326025, registered on 18 November 2024 by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry).

We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question or request — including access, correction, or deletion — contact us at project@brevit.studio.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact (“Request a quote”) form:

We do not collect data through advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not run analytics or marketing cookies on this site.

3. Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and timeline, and communicate with you about your project. The legal basis is your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) and our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent us. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Where it is stored (our processors)

To run the website and handle messages we use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

5. Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only use essential browser local storage to remember (a) your chosen language and (b) that you dismissed the cookie notice. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us. You can clear it anytime via your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project relationship, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent. Just email project@brevit.studio and we will respond promptly. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
